All Fees shown above are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.

We have provided ‘starting from’ costs for each type of transaction because the actual fee will depend on the type of property (house or flat) and complexity of your particular matter (leasehold, shared-ownership etc). The fee that we quote is fixed with no hidden charges and we will work for you on a ‘no move – no fee’ basis.

We will provide you with a written, fixed price break-down of the costs upon request and this will include our fee, any disbursements (payments to others – Stamp Duty land Tax etc as detailed below) along with any VAT that is due.
